Justified is the best thing I've seen on TV since I don't remember. Nothing could be farther from the current crop of self-absorbed, self-pitying dramas on television. The writing is layered, complex, both in terms of plot and for the characters. I tend to empathize with the characters somewhat. Some of them feel familiar. Oh, childhood:)

I enjoyed this so much.

I'm thinking of trying out Wilfred (with Elijah Wood) on FX when it comes on in June, too. It looks so quirky.

See, I TOLD my husband I'm half-boy. Gender Genie is an algorithm that identifies the gender of an author. You paste a part of your work into the magic machine, and presto! Your gender is ID'd.

So I did this. Results:

First chapter of Neon Moon: MALE (1971 words, score: 2050 male to 1997 female -close)
Last chapter of NM: MALE (2481 words, score: 3430 male to 2253 female - not close at all.)

First chapter of The Vampire's Boy: FEMALE (1327 words, score: 1246 male to 1372 female)
Last chapter of VB: MALE (1505 words, score: 1609 male to 1605 female - ridiculously close)

And yet the two blog entries I plugged in both rated FEMALE. Hmm...
